Sandwich Futon

Description
The Sandwich futon is a 16 cm thick cotton bed mattress with a core of latex foam and a coco fibre plate. By applying 5-10% polyester to our cotton, we ensure the higher density and thickness of our futons compared to traditional Japanese futon bedding. However, it still inherits all the good qualities of a traditional Japanese futon. The Sandwich futon will give you a medium-soft sleeping comfort. The cotton in the futon will adjust itself to your body, the coco plate will support it, and the soft latex foam in the core will isolate slight movements.
Note that all of our futon products are handmade, so you might notice small differences in size and weight.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
