Standard Futon
Description
The standard futon is an 11 cm thick cotton bed mattress with a PU foam core. By applying 5-10% polyester to our cotton, we ensure the higher density and thickness of our futons compared to traditional Japanese futon bedding. However, it still inherits all the good qualities of a traditional Japanese futon. The Basic futon will give you medium-firm sleeping comfort. The cotton in the futon will adjust itself to your body and support it, and the foam core will isolate slight movements.
Note that all of our futon products are handmade, so you might notice small differences in size and weight.

Delivery Times
Delivery time estimates will be provided once the product is added to your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Return Policy
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
